Low acidity, aroma and flavor.

Olio Grullo won the Extra Gold Medal of Biol 2017 thanks to its characteristics.
First, its low acidity; then an intense fruity olive flavor; then a rare balance between sweet and bitter and a medium spiciness, which make it pleasant to all palates.
The most intense aromas are of spices and aromatic herbs, followed by a taste of green grass, flowers and artichoke.
